DISC Assessment

What are DISC Assessments?

The DISC assessment is a behavioural profiling tool based on the work of psychologist William Marston. It categorises individuals into a blend of four primary behavioural styles: Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Conscientiousness (C). Each type reflects specific behavioural traits:

  • Dominance (D): Assertive, goal-oriented, and competitive.
  • Influence (I): Social, enthusiastic, and persuasive.
  • Steadiness (S): Calm, supportive, and reliable.
  • Conscientiousness (C): Analytical, detail-oriented, and methodical.

A recent review revealed that the vast majority of assessments available today lacked the studies and reporting to confirm their accuracy.

We partner with Assessments24x7 whose assessments have been submitted to an objective, independently conducted battery of tests at the Assessment Standards Institute.
