Shane Porter, CEO
Shane is the founder and CEO of Porter Leadership Centre and a director of Summer Technology, a Managed IT Services company in Melbourne, Australia, employing 15 consultants. Shane holds a Graduate Certificate in Management and a Master of Business Administration. He is also a certified DISC practitioner and a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders.
Jared Oshea, Advisor
Jared is the Managing Partner of Modi Chartered Accountants. In addition to managing a thriving accounting practice, Jared is also involved in developing the leadership and communication programs at Porter Leadership Centre.
Tara Cowan
Tara takes care of all the back office work, from co-ordinating events, bookkeeping tasks, and general equiries.
